Municipal Janitorial Cleaning
Crystal Building Maintenance provide ongoing cleaning and janitorial service from the front entrance to the rear trash dumpster, on a nightly or minimum weekly basis including additional services offered.
Office Space and Common Areas
- Clean all entrance glass doors, Dust all furniture and displays.
- Remove all trash/recyclables and line cans
- Clean and polish elevator doors, walls, floors and tracks
- Clean all flooring in the appropriate manner
- Dust all desk tops, cabinets and counters
- Clean and polish drinking fountains
- Clean all stairways and storage areas
- Clean all interior partitions, glass and mirrors
- Pick up and dispose of trash throughout the buildings, parking areas and green space
- Leave notice of irregularities
- Turn out lights
- Secure premises
Employee, Customer and Park Restrooms
- Complete sanitizing of all fixtures, toilets, basins, bowls, urinals, mirrors, walls, showers and floors
- Remove trash and reline cans
- Refill paper and soap dispensers
Kitchen and Break Room Areas
- Clean all counter tops, tables, chairs and sink area
- Remove all trash and line cans
- Clean all floors in the appropriate manner
- Clean all walls, doors and fixtures
- Wipe clean appliances and vending machines
Work To Be Performed On a Rotating Basis
- Dust and clean all A/C vents
- Clean all ceilings, baseboards, doors and ledges
- Dust window frames, wall fixtures, signs, pictures, and blinds
