Health Club Janitorial Cleaning
A clean and healthy environment is conducive to a positive learning environment. Crystal Building Maintenance is very well trained in providing quality, cost-effective janitorial services. Below are the tasks we complete on an ongoing basis to ensure that the school and its grounds are kept to the total satisfaction of faculty, staff, students and parents.
Entrance, Lobbies, Corridors, Lounges, Office and Classrooms
- Clean all interior and exterior entrance glass doors, kick plates and frames
- Remove trash with proper barrels and take to a designated area, line trash cans as needed
- Spot clean spills
- Empty and clean ashtrays and screen clean sand
- Clean and polish drinking fountains with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Spot clean doors, walls, woodwork and light switches
- Dust and damp mop floors with fiberglass mops and OSHA approved Neutral Cleaner
- Vacuum carpeted areas and entrance mats
- Spot clean small spills
- Clean sinks and counters with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Dust all desk tops, furniture, phones, computers, cabinets, partitions and window ledges without disturbing any papers or classwork
- Spot clean all interior partition glass
- Wipe clean white boards as requested with SU provided product
- Wipe clean student desks with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Arrange all furniture and chairs to proper position
- Clean Elevator doors, walls, floors, tracks and stainless
- Spot sweep and mop stairways with a full cleaning weekly
- Wipe lounge and lunch room tables with OSHA approved disinfectant
Exercise Areas
- Vacuum carpeted areas using protective vacuum guards to avoid damaging wood and tile baseboards
- Dust/damp mop wood floors with neutral cleaner using fiberglass mops to avoid damage to wood and marble floors
- Dust mop and wet mop rubber mats
- Wipe all equipment with disinfectant
- Clean all mirrors and inner glass panels
- Clean interior partition glass
- Remove trash and line trash cans as needed
- Dust ceiling areas, lights, a/c vents, window frames and wall fixtures
Restrooms And Locker Rooms
- Sweep and mop floors with OSHA approved disinfectant.
- Clean all surfaces of basins, bowl, urinals and showers with OSHA approved disinfectant.
- Spot clean all walls, fixtures and partitions with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Clean and refill restroom dispensers with supplies
- Clean mirrors and brightwork
- Remove trash, reline cans as needed
Break Areas
- Clean all counter tops, tables, chairs and sink area with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Remove trash with proper barrels and place in a designated area, line trash cans as needed
- Spot clean spills
- Sweep and mop all tile floors OSHA approved Neutral Cleaner
- Spot clean all walls, doors and fixtures
- Wipe clean exterior of appliances and vending machines
- Arrange all furniture and chairs to proper position
All Areas
- Dust A/C vents, remove cob webs
- Dust window blinds, sills and frames
- Dust pictures, wall fixtures and fire extinguishers
- Spot clean glass
- Dust baseboards, doors and ledges
- Wipe clean refrigerator interior as requested
