- Remove trash with proper barrels and take to a designated area, line trash cans as needed
- Spot clean spills
- Empty and clean ashtrays and screen clean sand
- Clean and polish drinking fountains with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Spot clean doors, walls, woodwork and light switches
- Dust and damp mop floors with fiberglass mops and OSHA approved Neutral Cleaner
- Vacuum carpeted areas and entrance mats
- Spot clean small spills
- Clean sinks and counters with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Dust all desk tops, furniture, phones, computers, cabinets, partitions and window ledges without disturbing any papers or class work
- Spot clean all interior partition glass
- Wipe clean white boards as requested with SU provided product
- Wipe clean student desks with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Arrange all furniture and chairs to proper position
- Clean Elevator doors, walls, floors, tracks and stainless
- Spot sweep and mop stairways with a full cleaning weekly
- Wipe lounge and lunch room tables with OSHA approved disinfectant
Restrooms
- Sweep and mop floors with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Clean all surfaces of basins, bowl, urinals and showers with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Spot clean all walls, fixtures and partitions with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Clean and refill restroom dispensers with supplies
- Clean mirrors and brightwork
- Remove trash, reline cans as needed
Lounge Areas
- Clean all counter tops, tables, chairs and sink area with OSHA approved disinfectant
- Remove trash with proper barrels and place in a designated area, line trash cans as needed
- Spot clean spills
- Sweep and mop all tile floors OSHA approved Neutral Cleaner
- Spot clean all walls, doors and fixtures
- Wipe clean exterior of appliances and vending machines
- Arrange all furniture and chairs to proper position
Our Time Study Pricing Methodology
While many companies base their fees on the square footage of buildings or office space, our fees are based upon a developed quoting program using a time study analysis. This method takes into account the amount of time and manpower needed to successfully complete our work. Because of this, we are able to provide top quality work at a very cost efficient rate.
