As a licensed, bonded and insured janitorial service company, Crystal Building Maintenance has served Palm Beach County since 1979. The company was started in 1979, and has been successful providing commercial cleaning services for large and small businesses including, schools, restaurants, medical buildings, office buildings, golf clubs and retail spaces. The owners, originally competitors in the janitorial service business, merged their two companies and individualized expertise to form one solid company.

Experienced Staff

Crystal Building Maintenance not only provides daily service, but also emergency service. The company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The Crystal Maintenance Team is exceptionally trained in via seminars including OSHA, BOMA and BSCAI. Additionally, clients can rest assure that staff are trained to use the latest cleaning equipment and green cleaning chemicals.

Robert Friedman, Vice President and Director of Sales/Operations, has over 45 years' experience in the Commercial Janitorial Service Business, specializing in office, school, building, health club, hotel and restaurant cleaning. Mr. Friedman is an active, hands-on partner involved with the training of Supervisors, Area Managers, Workers, Cleaning Methods, Quality Assurance Programs and is responsible for customer satisfaction from conception to successful operations.
